The AGV Tourmodular adheres to the highest safety standards, holding ECE 22.06 homologation and featuring dual P/J certification for safe and legal use in both full-face and open-face configurations. The outer shell is constructed from a lightweight yet strong Carbon-Aramid-Fiberglass composite, available in three shell sizes and incorporating a 5-density EPS liner in four sizes for optimised impact protection. The chin guard opening system is engineered to prevent accidental opening, while the metal chin guard block system guarantees secure double homologation. The helmet also features a collarbone safe profile for enhanced safety. The AGV Tourmodular Perception delivers both state-of-the-art safety and a dynamic aesthetic.

Comfort is paramount for extended journeys, and the AGV Tourmodular excels in this regard. The removable and washable interiors feature premium Ritmo fabric for excellent sweat absorption and soft Shalimar fabric on the crown pad for gentle comfort. Reflective inserts enhance visibility, and the fit is specifically designed to accommodate riders who wear glasses. The interior benefits from Sanitized antibacterial protection, 2Dry instant sweat absorption, and Microsense premium skin comfort. The embracing neck roll profile and neck roll made from Ritmo fabric and abrasion-resistant synthetic leather provide additional comfort and durability. Aerodynamic performance is optimised with a shell shape designed for zero dynamic weight at 130 km/h (80 mph). The 2-step chin guard mechanism is also engineered to enhance aerodynamics in the jet configuration. Ventilation is efficiently managed by four adjustable front vents and a rear extractor for optimal airflow. The visor is anti-scratch and includes a 100% Max Vision Pinlock (120) for superior fog resistance. The patented visor lock system, 85° vertical and 190° horizontal field of view, and optic class 1 rating ensure exceptional vision. Additional features include a micro-opening system, patented Extra Quick Release System, metal visor mechanism, and an integrated anti-scratch sun visor that can be removed without tools.
